Research and Development Team

The Alpina R&D team is made up of top engineers and experts from such fields as mold-making, plastics and injection processes, and the sport sciences. With the research and testing equipment we improve working process as well as shoes. Since we highly respect knowledge and new ideas, we complement our strong background and experience in shoe making with formal and scientific knowledge.
